Athletics
Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! Middle school athletics is a great way for students to make connections and become part of their school community. There are several athletic offerings during the fall season that we hope your student will consider joining.
In order to participate in practices, your child must have the following items turned in to the front office at Holmes (see attachments):
- Current sports physical (good for one calendar year)
- Emergency contact card (AKA referred to as the blue card)
- D11 participation form (AKA physical/yellow form with physicians signature on the form or an attached sports physical)
